Sellers FAQs

Sellers can post any Lilly Pulitzer® or "Lilly inspired" item they currently own. New or used. Just identify your item correctly in the description.

Lilly Lifestyle reserves the right to remove any items we suspect may be counterfeit or not belonging to the Lilly lifestyle site

Once you have registered for an account, follow these directions. 


First click on the "My Account" button on the top navigation bar:

In the "My Account" menu, click on the selection "Products/Add Products":

Here you will click the pink "Add Product" button:

On the "ADD/EDIT PRODUCT" page, you will need to fill out the info on all tabs before saving. Only the "Additional Details" field can be left blank

Once an item(s) sells, there is an automatic hold on your money for seven days from the moment you click the "Changed to Shipped" button on the "My Sales" page in your admin section.

The buyer can reduce this seven-day wait. Once the buyer receives the order, they can rate you and leave feedback. Once this step is completed, the funds are released immediately. This method can take as little as two to three days, depending on shipping. 

Once one of these two steps is complete, you can withdraw your funds.

In the "My Account" section, click on the "My Earnings" Page.

Next, click on the "withdraw" link. 


From here, you will select Bank Transfer or Payal payment and fill out the requested form. We review each payout for fraud to protect our sellers and buyers. Typically payouts take only a few hours, but please allow up to one business day to process.

Did you know that you can change the name of your store? Here's how! Keep in mind that changing it changes your marketplace URL. So if you previously linked to your store in social media, blogs, or email, the link will be broken, so be sure to use this function sparingly.

The first thing you'll need to do is log in to your account.

Once Logged in, click on the "Edit Account" link in the "Account Information" box.

Here you'll find the "Profile ID" section. Keep in mind, only Numbers letters, the underscore, and the hyphen are allowed. Be sure to click "Save."

Use the "View Profile" link to see the results. Now you can copy the URL and share it with your friends.
